- Service requests must be made through our official phone number, WhatsApp, or website.
- Appointment confirmation depends on availability and is subject to scheduling.
- We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be completed as agreed before or after the service, depending on the arrangement.
- We accept payments via cash, UPI, or other approved digital methods.
- Prices for repairs or maintenance are quoted beforehand; any additional costs will be communicated to the customer.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are provided only in case of service cancellation by Prime Appliances Care or if the service was not performed as agreed.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
- Partial refunds may apply depending on work already performed.
5. Liability
- Prime Appliances Care Services Centre is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions of appliances or improper use by customers.
- Our technicians take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage during service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information about appliance issues.
- Customers should ensure access to the appliance and a safe working environment for the technician.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Prime Appliances Care Services Centre and cannot be used without prior permission.
