Refund and Returns Policy

At Prime Appliances Care Services Centre, we strive to provide high-quality home appliance repair and maintenance services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be provided.

1. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are considered only if the service was not performed as agreed or if there was a service failure on our part.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on work already performed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a nominal fee.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your service details and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided for issues caused by misuse, negligence, or pre-existing appliance conditions.
  • Consumable items (if any) replaced during service are non-refundable.
